What is SuperForm

Superform is a universal yield marketplace where users can effortlessly manage and distribute yield. It allows users to access any vault, on any chain, using any token in just one transaction. Moreover, it provides yield creators with the convenience of instantaneously distributing vault across chains, eliminating the need for additional contract redeployment or code writing.

For reading convenience, this is a step-by-step guide on how Yield Seekers can effectively navigate and transact on Superform.

Yield Seekers

To access the Superform app, visit the Superform website and click the “LAUNCH APP” button located at the top right corner. This will direct you to the Superform app interface where you can start your journey as a Yield Seeker or Yield Creator, or simply click on this link https://app.superform.xyz/

Upon entering the Superform App, users are directed to the Explore Page where they will need to connect their wallet.

Click on the “CONNECT WALLET” button and select your wallet of choice.

For this guide, we will use MetaMask as our wallet of choice. However, you are free to use any other wallet supported by Superform; the process remains the same. Once you’ve selected your wallet of choice, simply follow the prompted instructions to complete the connection process.

Upon successful completion of the wallet connection process, you will gain access to a comprehensive list of all vaults listed on the Superform Protocol. This allows users to explore various yield opportunities, identify desired vaults for deposit, and add them to their bag.

When you select a vault for deposit, all other vaults are blurred out.

In the bag, you need to initiate the process by choosing a funding token from your cross-chain wallet balance. It’s important to note that you can select any token, provided it has valid swap and bridge routes to the underlying tokens of the vaults in your bag. To access your bag, click on the button located in the top right corner, highlighted in red in the image above.

After selecting a funding token, you can designate a funding amount that will be evenly distributed among the vaults in the bag. Superform then identifies the routes and automatically selects the most efficient deposit route for each vault, based on your transaction preferences.

You can adjust the settings from the screen depicted in the image below.

For more precise control, you can specify exact deposit amounts for each vault and choose from a list of routes for each vault.

Once satisfied with your choices, you have two main actions available. You can either “Deposit,” or “Simulate Deposit.” The “Simulate Deposit” option allows you to go through the deposit process without actually affecting real financial transactions.

If the simulation is successful, you will receive a success message similar to the one shown below.

If you’re ready to proceed with the deposit, you can click the “DEPOSIT” button and you will be prompted by your wallet of choice to confirm the transaction.

If the transaction is successful, your wallet should confirm it.

Superform will display a prompt as shown in the image below to indicate a successful transaction.

If it’s a same-chain transaction, SuperPositions will be minted instantly. For cross-chain transactions, Superform takes care of bridging, swapping, and depositing. You can track transactions effortlessly on your activity page or via SuperScan.

After the new SuperPositions are minted, they will appear in your portfolio.

Withdrawing Yield

To withdraw your yield, navigate to your portfolio. Find the line for the transaction you wish to withdraw from, and click the “WITHDRAW” button. Once clicked, the button will change to display “ADDED”.

Once the button displays “ADDED” head on the bag and click on the “ SELECT YOUR TARGET TOKEN”

Under “PINNED TOKENS” click the native token in our case it is USDC OPTIMISM

While on the Bag screen, you are presented with two options: you can either click on the “SIMULATE WITHDRAWALS” button, similar to the process during deposit, or you can click on the “APPROVE SPEND” button.

You should confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Upon a successful transaction, a prompt will appear on your screen to indicate the success of your deposit. You will also see a screen that allows you to monitor the transaction either on SuperScan or in my case, OP Mainnet. You can click on any depending on your preference.

Monitoring the transaction on the mainnet will appear as shown in the image below:

After confirming the transaction on your wallet of choice, there should be an indication that the transaction was successful. This can be verified by checking an increase in your wallet balance, as illustrated in the image below.
